The 12-month Internship Program (2024) is open to unemployed graduates, according to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
Location of internship: South Africa
This is an invitation from the South African Police Service to unemployed graduates who meet the conditions for a twelve-month Graduate Recruitment Scheme.
The National Human Resource Development Strategy and the National Skills Development Strategy both include the Graduate Recruitment Scheme.
Generic Requirements:
possess South African citizenship.
The National Senior Certificate or its equivalent must be held.
Must not have any active cases or prior criminal convictions Candidates must be residents of the province where the post is advertised.
They may only apply for a maximum of three (3) posts, and each post reference number must be filled out on a separate application form.
Candidates must be unemployed, have never worked in the field of the advertised post, and have never taken part in an internship program in the relevant field of the post.
Intern categories with minimum requirements:
Graduate Intern: Tertiary Qualification is required
Student Intern: Practical experience required by the Tertiary Institution for learners to finalise their qualification (letter from the Institution not older than two (2) years must be attached).
