Conditions:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, administrative management, public administration, human resources, and business management (NQF Level 6).
An additional benefit will be a NQF level 7 qualification, such as a Bachelor of Arts with a major in industrial psychology and public administration, or a Bachelor of Administration, Business Administration, B-Tech, or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, Operations, Human Resources, Business Management.
Experience: A year of secretarial and client/customer service experience would be beneficial.

Licenses: A current Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and a valid driver’s license (Code 10).
Duties: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Civic Services departments in the Mobile Offices, which include the passport, identity document, and birth, marriage, and death (BMD) application processes.
Oversee and keep an eye on activities at various service locations.
Oversee daily operations and client queues.
Ensure that the Mobile Office is properly maintained and inspected.
To maintain the safety of the Mobile Unit, conduct vehicle inspections both before and after each journey.
Put into place efficient risk and compliance procedures.
At service locations, assist with client services.
Handle specialist machinery in the front and back office departments.
Make sure the mobile unit is set up on schedule by driving it to service locations.
Help customers, particularly those with disabilities, board and exit the mobile units.
Uphold connections with both external and internal stakeholders.
Respect the guidelines set forth by Civic Services.
