Bidvest International Logistics is inviting young unemployed South Africans to apply for its YES (Youth Employment Service) Internship Programme for the 2025–2026 intake.
The initiative offers practical workplace exposure to help youth gain valuable experience in the logistics and transport sector.

About the YES Programme
The YES Programme is a national initiative aimed at reducing youth unemployment by placing young people in real working environments.
Through Bidvest International Logistics, successful applicants will receive hands-on training, industry exposure, and structured learning throughout the 12-month placement.
Programme Structure
Participants will be expected to:
- Commit to the full 12-month internship period
- Complete 25 online learning modules provided through the YES digital platform
- Compile and submit a full portfolio of evidence at the end of the programme
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Grade 12 / Matric
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 34 years old
- Currently unemployed
- Available for the full 12-month duration
- Interested in the logistics and transport industry
- Not participating in any studies during the internship
- Not previously part of another YES placement
Preferred Skills
Ideal applicants should:
- Be responsible and accountable
- Show determination and willingness to learn
- Have basic computer literacy
- Be punctual and able to communicate well in English
