Duties Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and coordinator for all event-related activities, including liaising with Premier Lesufi’s team and the Crime Prevention Wardens. Help in managing and overseeing the logistics of the welcoming event (location, setup, and attendee coordination).
- Draft and disseminate press releases, media alerts, and invitations to local media outlets and Work closely with security personnel to ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to during the event.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in public relations, event coordination, or a related field, and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with high-level government protocols and procedures is an advantage; and experience in dealing with media outlets and press engagements.

- Availability to work flexible hours leading up to and during the event and Must be able to work onsite in Gauteng and meet the prescribed minimum physical requirements set by SAPS and Have no criminal record or pending criminal cases.
- Meet the required visual acuity standards without corrective lenses and must be prepared to undergo a medical examination, psychological evaluation, and security vetting and must be prepared to relocate anywhere in South Africa.
