Key performance Areas

Supervising and overseeing security functions at State Theatre.

• Training and scheduling programs and functions to security personnel.

• Evaluating, assessing, and analysing performance of security personnel.

• Initiating disciplinary measures where necessary.

• Writing and submitting security reports.

Minimum Education required

• Matric, Diploma or certificate in any field

• Grade B Registration with PSIRA

Knowledge, Skills and critical competencies

• Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.

Knowledge of security and fire inspection procedures and practices.

• Skill in both verbal and written communication.

• Skill in observing situations and decision making.

• Skill in dealing courteously with the public.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 2 years’ experience as a supervisor
