Salary and Job Purpose
- Monthly Salary: R6,000
- Purpose: Deliver exceptional cleaning services and provide ad hoc removal support across various City of Tshwane administrative buildings and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in public facilities, offices, and other designated areas. Your duties will include:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning windows, doors, and surfaces.
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Restocking cleaning supplies and ensuring all cleaning equipment is in good condition.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining hygiene standards.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 10 or equivalent qualification (Grade 12 preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
- Good communication skills.
