Key Requirements

To qualify, candidates must meet the following:

  • Educational Qualification: ABET Level or equivalent qualification (no prior experience required).
  • Skills:
    • Good verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
    • Basic numeracy skills.
    • Knowledge of workplace procedures and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

The role focuses on provision of cleaning services to ensure healthy and hygienic workspaces:

  1. Routine Cleaning:
    • Clean offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms.
  2. Kitchen Maintenance:
    • Keep the kitchen clean, ensuring no dirty dishes or utensils in the sink.
  3. Waste Management:
    • Empty, wash, and clean waste bins regularly.
  4. Equipment Reporting:
    • Report broken cleaning machines and equipment for timely repairs.
  5. Restroom Stocking:
    • Replace toilet paper, hand towels, and fresheners.
