Key Responsibilities
In this role, a Cashbuild General Assistant will:
- Assist Customers: Advise customers on the correct products and help resolve queries and complaints efficiently.
- Merchandise Stock: Handle stock in designated areas, ensuring that items are labeled correctly and displayed according to store layout and planograms.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure all activities meet health and safety (OHSA) compliance, using protective gear and keeping aisles clear.
- Report Issues: Report damaged stock and discrepancies to the Store Manager to maintain store standards.
- Achieve Targets: Meet daily targets by delivering work to required quality and standards.
- Collaborate Effectively: Share relevant information with team members and assist in resolving conflicts courteously.
Qualifications and Skills Needed
