LEARNERSHIP

Youth without jobs in South Africa are encouraged to apply for Clover’s Customer Service Learnership 2024–2025.

Location: Gauteng’s Roodepoort

Clover: 2024–2025 Customer Service Learnership New talent is being invited by Clover to participate in the Call Center Learnership.

The chosen candidates will attend lessons as scheduled and work at Clover’s Call Center offices in Constantia Park, Roussepoort, for the duration of the learnership.

Upon completion of the learnership, participants will have obtained the NQF qualification and acquired hands-on experience in a top-tier call center.

Candidates from the nearby West Rand areas are preferred.

It is encouraged for those with disabilities to apply.

Number of Posts: 25 Qualifications 12th grade or above NQF4 Matriculation or grade 12 accomplished within the last five years (2019–2023) 60% on average for math and English or math literacy Advanced computer literacy Right now, I’m jobless.

Candidates cannot have taken part in a learnership in the past.

Deliver superior client service.

Manage every interaction, both incoming and outgoing. Address concerns and inquiries through the appropriate parties.

Record and validate client orders As per the daily call list, properly and promptly capture orders.

Notify clients that their accounts are on hold.

Verify client orders in accordance with regular operating processes. Notify the appropriate parties about any problems concerning their directives.

Sell Principal and Clover products based on the needs of your customers. Provide more or new products (explain benefits and exclusive deals).

Encourage collaboration and teamwork. Help team members achieve their goals as a group.

Assume joint responsibility for completing the task.

Encourage the team’s ideals.

Attend team meetings and participate. Assume accountability for the information’s visual management.
