Applicants must have:

- 0–1 years of retail experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Enthusiasm and a passion for fashion
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide a high level of adidas customer service
- Assist customers in finding suitable products
- Process sales transactions
- Support stock movement from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Assist with merchandise displays
- Use the point-of-sale system
- Use selling techniques to support store sales goals
- Maintain general housekeeping standards, including store cleaning
- Safeguard company assets
- Support loss-prevention procedures
- Participate in company training
- Develop product knowledge and retail best practices
- Familiarise themselves with Power BI tools to understand store performance and best-selling products
