About the Tactical Officer Role
As a Tactical Officer at ADT Security, you will play a leading role in coordinating and executing tactical operations. Your duties will require you to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and act swiftly to maintain safety during complex and high-risk situations.

Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include
- Planning and managing tactical operations such as raids, rescues, and high-risk interventions.
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies and other security partners during joint missions.
- Training team members in tactical procedures, weapon safety, and combat readiness.
- Developing effective strategies to achieve operational success with minimal risk.
- Conducting threat and risk assessments before and during operations.
