In South Africa, the driving licence is the authority report which approves the holder to drive an engine vehicle on a public street. Driving licenses are given by approved driving permit testing focuses, which are controlled by the districts under the management of the commonplace and public Departments of Transport.[1] Since 1998, the driving permit has been given in a “Mastercard design”; before then it was remembered for the holder’s public character archive. The base age to hold a permit is 18.
Prior to applying for a driving permit, a planned driver should initially get a student’s licence.[1] The student’s test is a various decision test that analyzes information on vehicle controls, rules of the street, and traffic signs.[2]

Rules of the street – There are 28 inquiries in this class with 22 being the pass mark
Vehicle controls – There are 8 inquiries in this segment, the necessary pass mark is 6
Street signs, street markings and traffic lights – There are 28 inquiries in this classification with a pass characteristic of 23

Requirements:
- Applicants must not permanently employed
- Must not a government employee
- Disabled people are not allowed to apply
- Candidate must hold a grade 10/12
